Terms and Conditions are in addition to the usual Elizabeth de Varga Exclusive Fashions
Terms and Conditions.
§ Prize includes an Elizabeth de Varga Exclusive Fashions wedding gown up to the value of $4000 including GST. (The prize is for a single wedding gown only). Gown may be selected off the rack with alterations up to the prize amount or a Made to measure gown of your choice
§ The prize is only valid for an Elizabeth de Varga Exclusive Fashions gown ordered through one of the Elizabeth de Varga Exclusive Fashions Stores

§ The prize does not include accessories, including, but not limited to jewellery, shoes, hoops, fabric, veils, bags, flower girls dresses , bridesmaids gowns and mother of the bride outfits.
§ Once the prize is drawn, the winner has a period of 12months from the date of the draw to redeem their prize. Redemption is noted as choosing there gown and placing the order
§ If the Elizabeth de Varga Exclusive Fashions gown value is less than $4000, the difference will not be refunded or credited
§ If the Elizabeth de Varga Exclusive Fashions gown value is more than $4000, the difference in value is the responsibility of the customer to pay anything over and above the $4000 prize limit
§ The prize cannot be transferred to a third party, and is not redeemable for cash
§ If further alterations are required by the customer after the fitting process, further charges will apply. Additional charges will be at the customers own expense.
§ Fittings are by appointment only and are subject to the following timetable:
The first fitting will be scheduled approximately eight weeks prior to the wedding date, at a date and time agreed upon by both parties.
The second fitting will be scheduled approximately four weeks prior to the wedding date, at a date and time agreed upon by both parties.
The gown will be ready for collection approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding date (unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon).
§ Fittings will be undertaken by one of our fully qualified consultants. The designer may or may not be present at the fittings.
§ Customers are advised that no refunds or credit notes will be given for the prize gown in the event the order is cancelled.
Conditions of the Karen Buckle Photography Wedding Photography Package
A. Includes coverage of your wedding day from getting ready to a mock cake cutting just prior to the Reception starting.
B. Includes DVD Slideshow to be delivered with the album
C. All images will be provided on CD edited and include a colour version and a duplicate black & white copy.
D. All images on CD (high resolution size).
E. Includes 60 of 5″x7″ prints.
F. Subject to acceptance of the Karen Buckle Photography Contract.
G. Prize not transferable for cash, any other service or product.
H. Prize not transferable to other persons.
I. Price is subject to Karen Buckle Photography’s Current Price List at time of booking.
J. This prize is valued at $2,000.
Terms and Conditions Fletcher and Grace Bridal Jewellery
· the winner must use the prize contribution within 12 months of prize being drawn.
· goods will be directly purchased from Fletcher and Grace and not a bridal stockist of Fletcher and Grace.
